Any refunds will be made at the discretion of Higham Press Limited.
Individual Show Society refund policies can usually be found in the Rules & Regulations printed in the appropriate Show Schedules.

We take the security of your information very seriously – and will not pass your details to any third party other than to provide the Service (on-line dog show entry and show publications).

The information collected from our members is used so that we may enhance the Service offered to you. We take your privacy very seriously and are committed to honouring this Privacy Policy.
Higham Press Ltd (the owners of dog.biz) are registered with the Government Public UK Data Protection Registrar.)

How do we use the information we receive?
When you sign-up for our Service you are asked for personal and other information. This information enables us to provide the Service and other features connected to the dog.biz web site. It also enables us to communicate with you.

May I choose what information I disclose?
Yes. While we need certain information to provide the Service other information is optional. During the sign-up mandatory and optional information is identified so that you may choose accordingly.

May I choose what communications I receive?
Yes. The notification option in My Notifications allows you to select the e-mail communications that you receive from us. You may change these options at any time.

Can I review or change the personal information I previously disclosed?
You can edit and update your Personal Information so that it is kept current at any time.

What kind of security is used to protect my information?
Payment - We do not deal with the financial transactions and therefore do not know or store Credit Card information. The financial transactions are made through WorldPay (NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland) using their secure systems server and encryption.
All other information resides on a secure and protected server used by dog.biz

Will you delete any of my information?
You can delete your own account by using the Delete My Account feature provided on the site. This will permanently delete all your information from the dog.biz site.
At our discretion we may delete your information if you fail to pay any fees due.
At our discretion we will delete any offensive material or any other material that we think is not appropriate.
We will terminate your account without warning or re-imbursement of fees if your account is used in an inappropriate way.
